Refund Policy

We strive to provide a high level of quality for the digital services and solutions we provide. However, if you have any questions regarding a refund, these rules will help you resolve the refund process.

1. General Terms
- We provide services online and sell digital licenses that do not require physical delivery.
- Refunds are possible in exceptional cases, if the service was not provided or was provided with critical defects.
- Refund requests are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- We currently provide and support 2 communication channels for submitting requests:
1. Chat on our website and in the application.
2. Feedback form on the pages of our website.

2. Reasons for return
A return may be approved in the following cases:
- The service was not provided within the specified time frame without objective reasons.
- Serious technical errors were detected that were not corrected within a reasonable time frame.
- The payment was debited by mistake or as a result of a technical failure.

3. Conditions for refusal of return

A refund will not be issued in cases where:
- The client received the service or digital product in full.
- More than **3 business days** have passed since the service was provided.
- The reason for the return is related to the client's subjective expectations not provided for in the contract.

4. Return procedure


1. The client submits a return request via **chat** or **feedback form**, indicating the reason and providing evidence.


2. The client must provide the following evidence:
- **Screenshots** confirming the error or problem.
- **Video from the screen** demonstrating the issue.
- **PDF documents** containing payment details and transaction date.


3. The request is processed within **3 business days**.


4. If the refund is approved, the funds are transferred **to the same payment account or bank card** from which the payment was made, or to the client's **cryptocurrency wallet** (if the payment was in cryptocurrency).
